Randall S. Prust, M.D.
Randall S. Prust, M.D. is a double board-certified Pain Management specialist and Anesthesiologist. He has been in private practice in Tucson since 1986 and is currently the Medical Director of the Tucson Surgery Center, including the Center for Pain Management. In 2016 he received the Distinguished Achievement Award from The University of Colorado Medical Alumni Association for his outstanding achievements benefiting the community, practice of medicine, and provision of health care. His hobbies include venture capital projects and traveling the world. Justin, his eldest son, is married to Kelley and they have 3 children. He is an executive with NRG and Kelley is an entrepreneur living in the Houston area. His youngest son, Steve, is finishing his fellowship in pain management next year and will be joining Dr. Prust in practice. Steve and his wife Lexi, an electrical engineer working with a medical device company, welcomed their first son in 2017.
Khushvant S. Bhola, M.D.
Khushvant S. Bhola, MD is a fellowship-trained, double board-certified minimally invasive spine specialist. Dr. Bhola has extensive training in advanced non-operative interventional techniques of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine and is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Bhola has been practicing Interventional Pain Management in Tucson since 1998. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine and completed residency and fellowship at there as well. Indiana University is recognized as one of the top training institutions in the country. Through his training and his experience here in Tucson, he has developed and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellent clinical care, leadership and positive professional interaction. He is the current Section Head of Pain Management at Northwest Medical Center and the former chief of Anesthesia at El Dorado Hospital.
After residency, Dr. Bhola completed a pain medicine fellowship involving extensive experience with spine and image guided interventions. This specialized fellowship training and his focus on continuing education allow him to offer the latest in safe, proven interventional techniques for all types of spine pain. He has special interests in bioelectronic medicine including spinal cord stimulation and radiofrequency treatment of spinal facet and joint disease. He was among the first in the country to be certified to perform Dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation.

William D. Ross, M.D.
William D. Ross, MD is double board certified in pain management and anesthesiology. He is a native of Tucson, Arizona. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and his medical degree from The University of Arizona. Dr. Ross completed his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Ross believes in providing patients with minimally invasive treatment options and working with each patient individually to identify and treat the source of their pain. He has a particular interest in ultrasound guided treatments and neuromodulation. In his spare time, Dr. Ross enjoys exploring the Arizona wilderness and spending time with family and his two dogs, Lucy and Bruno. 


Ken H. Judkins, P.A.C.
Ken Judkins joined Rincon Pain Management in 2001. He graduated Gannon University with a bachelor's degree. In a previous life he was a firefighter as well as a nuclear reactor operator for the military. He enjoys spending his weekends with his wife Maryann and his son Caeden.
Susan Davis BSN, L.Ac, RN, NCCAOM
Susan Davis has worked as a registered nurse for many years and in 2016 obtained her master’s degree in acupuncture. While she continues to work as a nurse, Susan enjoys providing pain patients with acupuncture treatments. She specializes in acupuncture for pain and its related psychological factors.
She is certified in bodymapping acupuncture for opioid withdrawal and addiction with neuromuscular pain.
