Very disappointing when you call an office and no one ever picks up the phone. Spent about 10 minutes across 2 calls trying to schedule an appointment but no one ever answered. This clinic comes highly recommended by a competitor too... I was optimistic about getting non-opioid treatment options but I guess I'll look into alternatives.
All staff members were courteous and friendly. At initial appointment both the PA Doctor took time to listen to me and explain exactly what I should expect from future medical treatments. I left feeling very satisfied.
I’ve gone to other dr’s & Dr. Prust that’s been able to help me. He is kind listens & goes over treatment plan. I have problems in both hips more right & he has helped me greatly. His staff is friendly, respectful and always willing to assist.
Moving to Arizona a year and a half ago I needed a Pain Management Doctor. Prior to this move I have been on Pain Management for 15+ years. Dr. Ross and Christina Rosengren took me in and they implemented options that were previously unavailable to me. I was excited to try new avenues to address my Chronic Pain Issues. I was ecstatic to finally get some relief - After 15 years of trying. Due to my ongoing Degenerative Spine Disease I have had occasion to need their services outside of my regular appointments... Both Christina and Dr. Ross have went Above and Beyond to help with my pain management needs by fitting me into their already tight schedules... Dr. Ross has even called me at home to check on and help with pain issues - Great Service in this day & age. I cannot say enough about the Quality of Care and Concern for my Physical Condition/Needs/Issues. THANK YOU Rincon Pain and Spine...All of the staff has been Great!!!
I understand that our government and legislation has made it impossible for our providers to treat us the way that they would ultimately preferred to. I do not blame Bill (doctor Ross) for not being able to treat me in the same manner, and with the same amount of medication that my previous Doctor Who died unexpectedly had been treating me with . Because of the drug addicts in our community, they have caused our government to tie the hands of our providers and make it incredibly hard for them to treat us ( The people who actually need the medications desperately ) in the manner and with the amount of medications that they would prefer to treat us with. I realize that many people are quite angry and hostile towards our providers, but they have got to realize that it is the drug addicts who have abused our system and created this monstrosity that we have to deal with. I can only say that for myself since my previous provider died unexpectedly, Dr. Ross came in and took over my care with absolute and complete care and interest. Rincon pain management has made me feel very welcomed, and at first I admit that I felt like I was looked at as if I were a drug addict but over time they have come to know who I am and what I am about. I do not feel that they look at me as a person who is simply trying to score drugs to get high. My preference would be to completely be free of any kind of drugs for any of my medical issues, but that isn’t a reality. Bill (Dr. Ross ) does realize by my behavior that my desire is to be off of all medications. Although this will probably never be possible, he takes time to talk with me when I need to ask questions and expressed my frustrations and he does not make me feel like I am wasting his time. The entire staff at this care facility has been incredibly friendly, professional, and incredibly outgoing! I just want to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to each and every single person in this office for the excellence in your personalities, professionalism, and care!
Everyone is focused on my care and comfort. My appointment is on time and my doctor really listens to what I am saying and prescribes accordingly. Dr. Ross is exemplary and I would wait months to see him if he was booked - he is THAT good!
My experience was very pleasant I will recommend this pain clinic to family and friends also loved how nice the young scheduling lady was and the new patient scheduler thank you!
Dr. Prust is top notch, he comes in fully briefed on your situations and listens to you while an assistant takes good notes.
Dr. Steven Prust is the best! Cervical RFA to my neck which got me out of pain! Very kind, concerned and conscientious. Takes his time and hears you!
